Sydney is scattered with beautiful beaches and the best of these can be found on the Northern Beaches.
Spend a full day out exploring Sydney’s most picturesque and quiet beaches, enjoy the stunning views from various lookouts and finish the afternoon kayaking, all in Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
The day will start and end in the city where we will hop into the car and head north over the Sydney Harbour Bridge. We will begin with a walk up to an old lighthouse to enjoy 360 degree views of the ocean, beach and bushland.
We will visit at least three beaches where you have the chance to do as you please:
- Swim in the ocean
- Take a dip in the unique rock pools which protect you from the ocean waves
- Walk to amazing lookouts
- Sunbake on the sand
After we have worked up an appetite it will be time for lunch at a popular local hotspot serving plenty of great food and drinks.
The day will finish with a one-hour kayak on a protected lagoon amongst other water enthusiasts. The kayaking is beginner friendly and you have the option to join me in a double kayak if you are a first timer.
Come along on this experience if you are interested in:
- Spectacular views
- Quiet beaches
- Delicious food
- Going where the locals go
- An awesome day out
These are the best beaches you will see in Sydney, but don’t take my word for it, come and see for yourself!
The tour starts near Central Station and finishes at the same spot. It takes approximately 1 hour to drive to our first stop – Palm Beach.
You will be fitted with a life jacket when kayaking, it is very unlikely that you will fall into the water however you should still be comfortable swimming (just in case). A maximum of one guest can join me in a double kayak should they prefer doing so.
- Transportation to and from Central Train Station via car
- Kayak hire
- Walking shoes and sandals/flip flops
- Drink bottle
- Lunch money
